I, (the undersigned) agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of the dumpster.

Dumpster Service:
A. Price includes only one dumpster. No recurring services are included. If you need another dumpster another quote must be created and approved, and payment should be submitted as stated in the Pricing and Payments section.
Pricing and Payments:
A. Customer agrees to pay the price given on the quote. Payment can/will be processed up to 48 hrs before delivery.
B. Dumpsters that exceed their cover dumping fees could result in an additional charge, which could take up to 7 days after pick up. Overweight fees will be charged at a rate of $140 per ton for the following cities: SAN JOSE, CAMPBELL, SANTA CLARA, MILPITAS, SUNNYVALE, CUPERTINO, SARATOGA, MORGAN HILL, SAN MARTIN, AND GILROY. Overweight fees will be charged at a rate of $150 per ton for the following cities: MONTE SERENO, LOS GATOS, PORTOLA VALLEY, FREMONT, MOUNTAIN VIEW, LOS ALTOS, PALO ALTO, MENLO PARK, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO, UNION CITY, NEWARK, ATHERTON, SAN CARLOS, BELMONT, FOSTER CITY, WOODSIDE, HAYWARD, SAN LORENZO, CASTRO VALLEY, SAN LEANDRO, BURLINGAME, SAN BRUNO, DALY CITY, MILLBRAE, PACIFICA, AND SAN FRANCISCO AND ANY OTHER CITY NOT LISTED. Such an amount will be prorated. For example, to calculate the overweight fee for a dumpster in San Jose, we’ll multiply the excess weight times 140. For a 20-yard dumpster, we cover up to 2 tons of dumping fees. If the dumpster weighs 2.5 tons we’ll calculate the overweight charge by multiplying 140 times .5 which results in a total of $70.
C. Customers are responsible and agree to pay for any additional dumping fees assessed by the landfill. Items such as mattresses/box springs, large sofas, tires, refrigerators, etc. are $25 per item. (Pressure-treated wood $75 additional fee)
D. The dumpster rental includes use for up to 7 days, if the dumpster is kept longer than the 7 days there will be an additional fee of $45 per day. Customers will be notified a day before pick up, if not confirmed removal of the dumpster can take place on the due date.
5. Payment for all base fees will be due 24 hrs prior to delivery of the dumpster, any additional fees due to overweight or other fees not paid prior to delivery are due within 7 days of the dumpster pick up.
E. CANCELATION FEES. NO CANCELATION FEE IF 48 HR PHONE CALL NOTICE IS GIVEN. $150 WILL BE APPLIED TO CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT 24HR ADVANCED NOTICE. $200 WILL BE APPLIED TO SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS IF THE DRIVER IS ON THE WAY WITH DUMPSTER.
F. Dead Run: If we’re unable to deliver the dumpster due to any reason that’s under your control, like area blockage, not enough parking space, etc there will be a dead run charge of $200.
G. REFUNDS: Refunds can take 5 – 10 business days. If for any reason, TJ Zebra transports have to refund the client, refunds will be through one of the following options: Apple Pay or Zelle.

Dumpster Use:
1. GENERAL DEBRIS/DEMOLITION/ HOUSEHOLD CLEAN-OUT DUMPSTERS: No dirt, concrete, bricks, or heavy materials are allowed on general debris dumpsters.
2. HEAVY MATERIAL DUMPSTERS: No garbage is allowed on this type of dumpster. They’re only for heavy materials like dirt, concrete, bricks, etc.

Dumpster approximate sizes
1. 10 YARD: 8ft wide x 14ft long x 2.6ft high
2. 20 YARD: 8ft wide x 14ft long x 5ft high
3. 30 YARD: 8ft wide x 16ft long x 6ft high
4. 40 YARD: 8ft wide x 22ft long x 6.5 high

Dumpster sizes may vary. But length x height x width gives out the cubic measurements of each dumpster.

Dumpster-covered dumping fees
GENERAL DEBRIS/DEMOLITION/ HOUSEHOLD CLEAN-OUT DUMPSTERS:
1. 10 YARD: 1 ton or 2,000 lbs
2. 20 YARD: 2 tons or 4,000 lbs
3. 30 YARD: 3 tons or 6,000 lbs
4. 40 YARD: 4 tons or 8,000 lbs
HEAVY MATERIAL DUMPSTERS: No overweight dumping fees apply.

Items not allowed
While dumpsters are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into the dumpster any:
-Substances hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
-Oils, fresh paint (liquid form), hazardous chemicals, and/or car batteries.

No overloading
No moving/relocating
Please let our staff know where it is best to place the dumpster, since we do not allow clients to relocate dumpsters, doing so may result in extra charges.
Cover your dumpster
This is not a requirement but tarping your dumpster, especially on rainy days can help avoid overweight fees. We do not provide tarps or any other items to cover your dumpster
Protect your driveway
We’ll do our best to care for your property but dumpsters are heavy and can easily scratch your driveway. Please have plywood or any other material to provide extra protection for your property.

Junk Removal:
1. Junk removal services can be paid as follows, upon arrival of one of our team members:
Cash – No extra fees
Apple Pay/Zelle – No extra fees
Credit/Debit card – 3% fee will apply
2. Quoted price includes only what’s on the pictures if extra items need to be picked up a new price needs to be requested.
